Morgana MU Online – Official Rules

1. Fair Play & Restrictions
  • Using third-party software, hacks, bots, or cheats is strictly prohibited.
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches in any way is forbidden—report them immediately.
  • Creating fake guilds to occupy Castle Siege slots is not allowed.
  • Multi-accounting to gain unfair advantages like extra Credits is prohibited.
  • Manipulating game mechanics or abusing glitches will lead to punishment.
Punishment: Permanent account ban, including associated accounts.
2. Code of Conduct
  • Public chat (/post) must be in English and used for trade, party matching, and assistance.
  • No excessive spam, off-topic discussions, or trolling.
  • Swearing, harassment, and threats against other players are strictly forbidden.
  • Discrimination of any kind (race, religion, nationality, gender, etc.) is not tolerated.
  • Disrespecting staff members is unacceptable.
Punishment: Warning, mute, temporary, or permanent ban, depending on severity.
3. Character & Guild Names
  • Offensive, vulgar, racist, or discriminatory names are not allowed.
Punishment: Forced name change or account suspension.
4. Account Security
  • Sharing accounts is forbidden. You are fully responsible for your account’s security.
  • No account recovery for issues caused by sharing credentials.
5. Trading & Selling Rules
  • No buying, selling, or trading accounts for real money or in-game currency.
  • No real money transactions (RMT) for items or currency.
Punishment: Permanent ban.
6. Global Chat & Spam
  • Spamming /post or /gpost is not allowed.
Punishment: Mute, warning, or account restrictions.
7. Impersonation of Staff
  • Pretending to be an Admin or GM is strictly prohibited.
  • Our staff will never ask for passwords.
Punishment: Permanent ban.
8. Reporting Bugs & Exploits
  • Players must report any discovered bug, hack, or exploit.
  • Failure to report known bugs will result in a ban.
  • Reporting major exploits may be rewarded.
9. Advertising Restrictions
  • No advertising external websites, products, or other MU servers.
Punishment: Permanent mute or account ban.
10. Refund Policy
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • If you submit payment, you agree not to dispute or request refunds.
Punishment for chargebacks: Permanent account ban.
11. Donator Rules
  • Donations do not grant special privileges or immunity from rules.
  • Donators can be banned just like any other player.
  • If banned, all associated items and accounts will be permanently blocked.
Final Notes
  • All players must follow these rules at all times.
  • The administration reserves the right to modify rules at any time.
  • By playing Morgana MU Online, you agree to abide by these rules.
